March 4 information session offered for transfer students and adult learners
Individuals interested in transferring to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ State are invited to the University’s Transfer Information session on Wednesday, March 4. The session will begin at 6 p.m. at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Center on the Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Campus.
Offered through Âé¶¹´«Ã½â€™s , the information sessions provide prospective students with opportunities to learn more about the University and better understand how credits are evaluated for transfer to relevant degree programs at Âé¶¹´«Ã½.
During the informative event, prospective transfer students and their families can:
Âé¶¹´«Ã½ State is committed to providing a seamless transition for the transfer experience, and encourages prospective students to bring required application documents, including official transcripts from high school and all colleges or universities attended, identification and proof of immunization.
Transfer students who have earned 30 or more credit hours (or 50 credit hours if on a quarters schedule) from an accredited college or university with a 2.0 minimum GPA, or adult learners who graduated from high school more than five years ago or have earned less than 30 hours of transferable college credit are invited to attend any of the sessions.
The deadline to apply for admission to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ State for summer is June 1, and fall semester is June 12. To register for the upcoming transfer information session, go to or email visitksu@kennesaw.edu.
